
A great opportunity exists for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples from around Australia to participate in a 6 week program in Sydney NSW to assist you in preparing to join either the Navy, Army or Air Force.
We are looking for participants who are at least 17 years old and have completed or are willing to complete the Australian Defence Force ‘Your Opportunities Unlimited (YOU) Session”.
If you are eligible for any Centrelink or Abstudy benefits and wanting to join the program your return flights to Sydney, accommodation and meals during the program will be FREE.
This full time program will start on 28th October 2011 in Sydney for 6 weeks with additional learning from home in 2012.

Job Description – Team Leader Family Centred Primary Health Care Outreach Team
THIS POSITION IS BASED AT WALGETT ABORIGINAL MEDICAL SERVICE
ACCOUNTABILITY
Responsible to the WAMS Board of Directors via the Chief Executive Officer
JOB SUMMARY
- Work with FCPHC Aboriginal Health Workers to provide an outreach Family Centred Primary Health Care to Aboriginal people in Goodooga, Pilliga, Gingie and Namoi.
- Co-ordinate the work the of the Medical and Allied Health Care Teams to assist in the provision of the Family Centred Primary Health Care to those outlying areas covered by this program.
