To recruit Dentists. Sandra provides onsite/off site support/mentorship not only to Locum’s but to our Dental staff. Sandra develops Dental Policy and Procedures for the clinic and Reception areas, she is proactive with Health promotion from a local to national level and continually strives to ensure our staff receive up to date training regarding all areas of Dental treatment. Sandra also advocates for our staff to ensure professional development is maintained.
