Elizabeth Williams (Family Kennedy and Welsh) is a proud Gamilaroi woman who has lived in Walgett with her family all of her life.

Appointed to the role of Vice Chairperson to assist and support the Chairperson and also act in the Chairperson’s absence. Elizabeth enjoys being on the Board and participating in decisions and other tasks that assist the organisation to achieve its goals. She applied to be a Director “To have better health outcome and advocate better food choices for the mob/community. To provide and have available services that will help the mob/community through the AMS services.”

With a Diploma in Leadership and Management, 40 years as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse and 15 years as an Aboriginal Health Practitioner, working with palliative care clients, which she is passionate about. She enjoys working with Specialists from Dubbo and helping and supporting the community.
